My System Specs

Default

Is the system stock? If not, put it back to stock speeds.

Code fe has to do with a USB driver issue, remove all flash drives and accessories if there are any.

Code 116 is your video card driver, try updating to the newest driver here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

If the system is brand new, I'd suggest taking it back to the seller as no new system should BSOD.
