Bud did you do Memtest yet? Do that and if you get no errors your RAM is ok. Then if it were me I would swap in another power supply and try that. You have to eliminate one device at a time.

I don't have another PSU. this isnt the average computer so i dont have any powerful psu's lying around.

Okay

Before taking out the video card, when i turned on my PC and after the "starting windows" screen, i hear a loud fan spinning (must be the fan of the video card).

So i took out one of my graphics card and i turned on the PC and after the "starting windows" screen, it went blank and then it gave me a BSOD.

some info on issue, first try system32 files to fix winblows correct driver, if still same then MB is the issue
