Ok,

so what is happening now is that when i start my computer it get some weird symbols until it reaches the "starting windows" screen, then after that screen, the CPU fan starts spinning like crazy (faster than usual).

About the BSOD, it happens when i enter windows and when it crashes.

Any random anonmolies on the screen indicates either a GPU or Mobo issue and more generally its a mobo issue sorry to say.

When you see the BSOD what is the error message? Pic would be better.

Yes but just because it makes it that far means nothing :P

Anonmolies are random things like weird characters images etc on screen that shouldn't be there.

I'd do that memtest and see if that clears first.

Ok,

I did Windows memory diagnostic and got no errors in that.

Should i remove the RAM (only 2 out of 3 sticks) and try to boot it to see if its the motherboard's problem?

Whenever i turn on the PC, i used to hear a beep in about 4-5 seconds and now i have to wait like 15-20 seconds to hear the beep and i still see anonmolies.

I have EVGA mo-bo with warranty. Will i have to pay for new one if it is actually the mo-bo's problem?

Someone is saying it could be a mo-bo or memory problem.

Should i try installing it onto one of my secondary hard-drives and see what happens?

btw...my main drive is a SSD.
