Strange motherboard problem

My system runs perfectly fine at stock speeds. I've had it run prime95 stable for 24+ hours at 3.82 @ 1.31v with everything else at the bare minimum. The problem is that when I'm overclocking, every two or three times I turn on my computer, it doesn't post. Power goes to the remainder of my components, however. I typically have to turn it off and on several times to get results.

Does this sound like a motherboard problem? Does this seem like a RMA issue? Thanks for any help!

sounds liek an oc issue. work your ram timings/speed a bit.

Yeah- it's unstable- more voltage, and/or lower clockspeeds/timings are likely required.
