Default S.M.A.R.T seek error rate?

Lately I've been encountering alot of errors that have directed me towards my HDD.
I'm currently running spinrite and checking for errors but I noticed that it displayed my drives smart status while I was running

Which brings me to my question, the seek error rate on my drive is as follows
Error count: 58,875 seek error
minimum: 504
error rate: 613
maximum: 637

I was wondering if this was really abnormal or indicative of an error.
Alot of the files I've been downloading have data errors. All of them have been fairly large (over 1GB) and everytime I redownload they have data errors in different places.
