Default Can't boot up!

Hey guys, well I decided before I would transfer my rig into my new case I would try it out with a very old system (Pentium 4). I took all the parts out, wrote down on a piece of paper which wire goes where and etc. I go and plug it and press the power button but nothing happens while I press the power. It simply does not turn on, nothing. Now, I'm not sure but did I fry the mobo or are the wires I'm making it boot not correctly in? If it's just the wires how is it suppose to look like.

Thanks for your time :P

Edit: everything was working just fine before I disassembled and assembled everything back together.
