Default Moving to a new hard drive.

Hi, since i got my new HDD working i am planing to use it as my main HDD and replace the smaller one but how do i do this? I am trying to move my Windows installed HDD to my new one without any reinstalling.

If its a seagate you can use seagate disk wizard to clone the disk.

Or you could use a free app like gparted to clone the disk making a copy of it.

Don't know much about free solutions for disk cloning, but I've always used Norton Ghost to clone drives with great success. Even moving to different hardware platforms, which just required a repair installation of windows after the cloning to get the system to boot up and have everything still there the same as it was on the old platform :)
