My brother induced the crash again. This time i plugged my headphones into the motherboard audio plug and their was the screeching noise. I'll plug in a new PSU at a later date cause i'm somewhat busy right now.

What is an OS in pristine shape?

Operating System, Drivers and Software....Unlikely but non-the-less...everything should be ruled out before the massive inconvenience of sending the board out for service.

Update!!!

Reinstalled WinVista Ultimate 32Bit. It froze twice during installation. But this time there wasn't any screeching sound coming out from the speaker.

Now that my Vista is brand spanking new, what programs should i use to test my computer?

Mersenne Prime 95: Prime95 (32bit) - 25.8 Download - EXTREME Overclocking

That will really put a load on your memory and CPU to determine if it's a power flux problem.

If Passes ( say 1 hour )

Intel Burn in Test is ok : http://www.ultimate-filez.com/files/IntelBurnTest.zip

I for one only run Prime 95 small FFT , then blended for more memory testing , then I install what I would consider a stable game. If I can run ... say COD or CRYSIS stable for a few hours, your pretty sure to have a stable system.

I've tried another program call OCCT but I'm not confident in it.

Alrighty, I used Prime95, from above, and lo and behold............................

It crashed within 5 minutes. I used the option that stressed everything.

So, what should i do now?

@Johnny: So i should raise my Ram's voltage?

@Odis: Well HWMonitor reports the temps @ 36*C when the computer crashes. But this TMPIN2 is like 80*C constant....

I would only run your RAM within whatever voltages it's advertised for.

TMPIN2 is nothing, an unlinked/dead sensor, according to the guys over at extremeoverclocking.

It's looking more like PSU to me....
