eVGA GTX 275 SC error??

Hey guys,

I have this problem here, I m not sure if my video card needs RMAing or something else.

This happens quite often when i play 3d games.

When i play COD:MW2 (10 mins playing), my screen would froze, hdd starts ticking, then if lucky, it will resume normally, half of the times my comp will froze and i need to do a hard restart.

when i play nba2k10, i lowered down the resolution and the details (eg. low detail on the crowd, etc), then it will stutter a bit with hdd ticking a while, then it resumes back to normal

So when i try to play bf bc2 last night, it did the same thing as cod:mw2 again... and this time.. just when i stabbed the soldier (3 mins into playing after the boat incident)

Should i RMA my card? I dont have any spare video card laying around.... should i get another gtx275 sc for 240bucks or should i get ati 5850/5870 and then sell the gtx275 sc when it's back from RMA? please help!!!

ALSO, i use evga precision to monitor my temp, i got as high as 60++ when fan set to auto, so i set it 100% and it dropped to 50ish.....
