My System Specs

Default

Temperatures are fine (30C idle CPU, I can render and stuff or run prime 95 and it'll go up to 60C) And I have no overclock's on the computer.

I can run games like BC2 for 8 hours straight with out a crash. I was rendering 1080p and 720p short movies the past few days and it didn't crash on those. Then when I'm doing something as simple as web browsing it will crash.

Other info and weird things:

-when I plug in a USB drive on the front USB and transfer files onto it I hear a screeching/beeping sound through my headphones.
-BSOD's usually say "page fault in non paged area"
-When I first turn on my computer most of the times nothing weird happens, but then when I get to the sign in page to log in to windows, my screen turns on and off around 5 times in a matter of 30-40 seconds. And at this time I can hear a screeching sound. (from the computer, not through my headsets) (But trust me, nothing is wrong with the screen)
-Forgot to mention, had this problem with Windows XP, before I switched to Windows 7 (last month) but it wasn't as bad then and had only started.

I think it might be my HDD, not sure though. Either that or the Motherboard.

Have you tried disabling all the power saving features?

Hold on - just rechecked temps...

I put copper memory coolers on my graphics card cause it didn't have any...
NCIX.com - Buy Enzotech BMR-C1 Forged Copper BGA Memory Heatsinks for Video Card Memory 8 Pack W/ Thermaltape - BMR-C1 In Canada.

not sure if that memory temperature is too high?

-I went into the control panel and set the power savings to high performance.
-I updated some drivers, some didn't work yet so I'll get on that tomorrow.

*Update*

Seems to have gone away. What I ended up doing was formating, the problem persisted but then I used a program called Auslogics and "optimized" my system. Disabled a whole whack of windows services such as system restore, windows defender, firewall, updates, etc, etc. Then I defragmented the Hard drive. One of those must have fixed it, because now it runs fine and I haven't BSOD'd in 2 days.
