Default Asus m4a785td-v evo help!

Could someone please help me? My m4a785td-v evo doesn't allow me to change cpu voltage. I've tried everything, reseating processor, reseating 4pin power connector, tried new psu, bios updated to 0602, reseating 20+4pin mobo power, typing in the cpu voltage. All I got was a big fat Overvoltage failed! I can't rma it back to ncix because 30 days passed and If I try to rma from asus, It would take too long and I may not recieve because I have school on weekdays and ups doesn't ship during weekends. Please help :( Should I try to contact ncix personally and ask for rma or just live on without overclocking? :(

In your BIOS, "CPU OverClocking" is set to [Manual] ?
