So, turns out I'm still looking for that elusive FX-70/FX-72/FX-74 if anybody has one they'd be willing to whore out for a little bit.

It looks like the L1N64-SLI WS Dual L has a socketed BIOS, you could probably just grab a new BIOS chip for the other board online and slap it in.

Thanks for the note! The original revision had a socketed BIOS. Hard to find those ones. Most of them were soldered. The one I'm eying is soldered.

edit - And actually, the guy who has the board acquired the /B BIOS chip in case someone is intrepid enough to rip off the old chip and take a soldering iron to the board to put in the new one. Alas, that intrepid individual is not myself.
