data recovery from an untouched drive

I am working on cloning my current hard drive over to a raid array and I accidentally deleted my data partition on the source drive (almost 700GB of movies music and other programs) does anyone know a free program to search a HDD for files that are out of a partition? I have not made a new partition so I know that the data will be untouched it is just no longer visible to the computer.

Free? Well this *mght* work, I have heard good things though I do not have much personal experience - Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download

Paid? This is the program I trust with my life, forget all other prgrams terying to sell themselves, they may or may not work, but I have found this company's products to work extremely well for me, time and time again - Data Recovery Software Products - Runtime Software Products

Don't have to use it often but this usually works for me:

TestDisk - CGSecurity
