My System Specs

Default Beeps on startup?
I was just reading over the beeps topic and I rememberd, everytime i start this pc I hear 2 beeps I think... I just taught it was normal because my pc would start up and since its a new build I dont know if its running at its full potential.

If its 2 beeps theres something wrong with my memory?

Is this something I should worry about?
My memory reads 5.99gb in the windows 7 system properties. I think this is normal right? ( I really installed 6gb 3x2gb ddr3.)

I am going to restart my pc and really check and makre sure how many beeps come.

Something weird I noticed...

I get 2 short beeps then 1 low freq beep


but when I rmoved the usbs plugged in.. no beeps what so ever. and I have 3 usb devices connected

It is the usbs that are causing the beeps... maybe the motherboard is designed like that to let me know...


what do you think?

ithinks that configure has changed an is letting you know....like ext HDD or mem stick
