Yeah- I've since found out that they are the same company-- D.C. is a subsidiary.

And regarding the google searches, that's actually a problem I've noticed with THIS site. Even when I googled the exact title of a thread I'd created I couldn't find this site on the first 10 pages of google. Even searching for "hardware canucks" doesn't bring it up!!
I just googled "hardware canucks" and "hardwarecanucks" and it's the very first thing listed.

Dierct Canada for me. I made my first purchase from them yesterday. The shipping is cheap or free, depending on your order. It's nice not having to pay the PST. Also, I have to take the subway to and from Canada Computers for my purchases. 5$ round trip. I will be ordering a monitor and the OCZ ram cooler within the next few weeks.

Default NICX has a horrible service!

Horrible!
NCIX Store salesman persuaded me to buy one of their earphone piece, and never told me about non-refund policy on it. When I brought home, I figured it's not useful to me. I went to return it. The service man INTERROGATED ME! It was such a hassle to refund anything at NCIX. They eventually deduct 15% of refund money. Anything I bought from best buy or home depot, regardless I open or not, they refunded me 100% without any questions.

They have to price match as they are higher priced on almost everything. Easier just to buy from NCIX, Newegg or Direct Canada. DC doesn't have the selection of enthusiast components that NCIX does even though they are owned by them.
