My System Specs

Still have the file?... yeesh, it's been 2 years and that wasn't even my own system that had the issue, I've had both my hard drives die since then and if I have it, it's on a floppy, which aren't exactly reliable and I'm not sure my current system will even support this floppy drive I've kept in a box for years without use.

Found a floppy with nvata.sys written on the label, good, bad, who knows, hooking a floppy drive up to my current rig isn't worth the effort, my Atom doesn't support one and even my craptop doesn't have a floppy it's a P4M. I'll take the disk into work tomorow and see if the P2 or P3 systems I have there can read the floppy.

I seem to have found the floppy with the drivers that fixed the issue for me and sent them off.
