Default P95 crashes

Recently was able to oc my CPU to 4ghz. I went to stress test in p95 using full ftp(think that's what it's called) with 8 threads. Only problem is computer crashes as soon as it starts. Goes to a unresponsive black screen. Settings are 1.3 vcore, 3.97ghz, ht, turbo mode, 190 qpi, x20 multi
