Okay.
sorry guys for not replying you guys after SUCH a long time lol >.>

k. so i think the problem was one of either 3...
1. Indeed the PSU plug to mobo was loose. ( i swear it was on properly when i built it haha.)
2. The web camera driver didnt play friendly with my computer =/
3. After i had reformated my computer and everything, it would still crash and etc.
i noticed it was Google Chrome causing it.
not sure why... but i guess it was cause i switched to Opera after realising that all the freezing and random restarts happened when chrome was opened....

yea...
anyways. i got Windows 7, good stuff, i like it =)
haha.
problems all solved. except that i cant get my i7 back up to 3.6 =( (its SUPPSOED to be easy, and ive done it before! D: )
