Random lockup crashes

2 hours of checking done, 3 passes... no errors... but i didnt have any lockouts and this was system intensive right? i suspect this is vista 64 bit acting against me....


other things iv noticed is during boot my computer will turn on, and rev a few time (power down for a second then back on), this is probably to juice the capacitors but this means im under power does it not?

my next step is to try pen drive Linux with stress tests to see if Microsoft is screwing me over.

should i try W7 and see if i get the same lockups?

using Phoronix Test Suite Live to see if this is Microsoft doing the devils dance on my core...

Problem solved, was just vista 64 doing it... i ran linux benchmarking for half the day with no problems... not to mention 4 hours of memtest86+
