My System Specs

Default IE7 in vista

Hey guys, ok here we are, we have a ( women ) costumer wich need to have internet explorer 7 on her vista machine because IE 8 is not compatible with her job VPN ( of course the job don't want to upgrade their VPN ( what a stupiud company ). So i need to install IE7 on a vista 32bit but can't find a link even microsoft can't help me. If someone have the .EXE or a link where to download post here in the thread or contact me by PM. Thx guys

On the IE 7 page, the dropdown to select your os and download, doesnt list vista or server 2008. Try the xp version, or if that doesnt work try uninstalling ie8, and see if you can get it from windows updates.

IE7 comes automatically with Vista, if I recall, uninstall IE8 and it will restore the old edition.

Yes, just uninstall IE8 and it'll go back to IE7
