Company Name: Auzentech
Product: Forte
Warranty Period: 1 Year (+ 1 more after registration)
Date purchased: July 31, 2009
Date RMAed: April 11, 2011
Where it was sent to: San Jose, CA USA
Ease of RMA: 9
Any extra fees?: Shipping to them ($18ish, tracked)
Wait time: 1 day for RMA request (3 days once they got it to ship a new one, just under two weeks in shipping)
Details: RMA form and instructions can be a bit tricky to find. Emailing them was the best method. Got a quick reply, with instructions to everything I needed to do. Waiting for them to get back to me, it's been two days since my card got delivered there.

Satisfaction: 8

Got my card, it's either a refurb or a new one. Auzen shipped it and I got a USPS tracking notification in my email, but nothing was mentioned from them. Overall good experience.

explain that to me plz :)

usps cheap mail can be 2-4 weeks...
Cost me 26$ to ship it express to them. And now it's 6 week of shipping. Got a e-mail from them like 5 day after they received it to say it was shipped via USPS. pretty sure it's not that long to ship some ram that is probably in a buble envelope ;)

Company Name: MSI
Product: N570GTX (2 cards RMA'd at once)
Warranty Period: 3 year
Date purchased: Feb 02 2011
Date RMAed: March 28 2011
Where it was sent to: Markham Ontario Canada
Ease of RMA: 8
Any extra fees?: paid shipping to the RMA facility if that counts as extra fees
Wait time: 25 days
Details: I requested the RMA for both of my N570GTX cards and promptly received an email from MSI with my RMA number and instructions. I sent the cards away immediately and 5 business days later received notification that they had received both cards.

As I waited for them to return to me working units I tried to use their online RMA tracking and that did not work at all. As more time passed I tried twice to email the RMA department at MSI. It took between 1 to 3 business days to hear back from them which I thought reasonable. I also tried to phone the MSI RMA department during their stated business hours and never actually got to talk to anyone there.

On the 18th I received an email stating that the replacement cards shipped and were on their way to me. Three business days later I had them in my hands. I must note though that I live in MB which is the province next to Ontario thus the shipping distance is not great.

I would have given MSI an "Ease of RMA:" rating of 10 but the lack of online tracking or phone support discouraged me from doing so.

The form that you need to fill is kinda simple, too simple. You don't know where to describe the problem
put it appears, I wrote enough. What is amazing here is that It took about 5 hours to process my RMA. my ups tracking said it arrived around 9am and it got shipped with tracking around 2PM
I am really impress.

Company Name: MSI
Product: GTX 560 TI Twin Frozr II
Warranty Period: 3 years
Date purchased: April 2011
Date RMAed: 2011-05-25
Where it was sent to: Ontario, Canada
Ease of RMA: 8
Any extra fees?: Paid one way shipping and nothing else.
Wait time: 14 days (including weekends) from the day I sent the RMA request to the day I had the replacement card in my hands

Details: My GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II was running hotter than normal (even after reapplying thermal paste) so I placed a request to RMA it. The RMA request was approved and I shipped it to to MSI's Canada RMA Department (A place called Daiwa in Ontario). It took them only a few days to send a replacement to me, but this is where I ran into a little problem; The MSI RMA Status was not updating itself, so I never got the tracking number for the package. I obviously missed Purolator's delivery and the driver did not write the tracking number on the delivery notice card. I ended emailing Daiwa directly through their website and they replied to me in only a few hours with the tracking number. I was then able to go pick up the package myself. Once I opened the package, I was happy to find out that they gave me what looks like a brand new card with the box and all the accessories, including another copy of Tomb Raider and the Guardian of Light. Pretty awesome.
