Default amdlld64 causing bsod

I just installed x4 940BE (prior x2 6000) Win 7 is fine because it does the updating when boots in but XP pro 64 is a problem it boots in then shortly after loading the desktop maybe 10sec bsod to do with amdlld64. I'm able to use safe mode, so I search amdlld64 and it turns up nothing, so I sift through windows/system32 and system and can't find it, where can I find it to try deleting it or something?

Edit , found it windows/system32/drivers, all's good now.
