Rogers Internet Torrents

Please move this thread if it is in the wrong place.. im new here lol

So I have rogers extreme highspeed internet
10megabits

and my torrents are slow im trying to download like some hd videos
and my total overall dl speed used is around 100-300 kB/s

when i first got the internet i wasnt getting any throttling
but after a day of torrents at high speeds it dropped.

this also happend to me when i changed my ip address. the first day i got highspeeds on the torrents and then its like they found out im a torrent user and so they put traffic shaping on me.


Is that how it happend to u guys too?

ne ways im usung Utorrent and i have encryption to enabled if i put it on forced i dont see much a difference


how do u guys download torrents and make use of ur speed?
