best thing is to update your MB bios has fixes for Update CPU module,NVMM, Support Intel Smithfiled 830 CPU, Shorten system resume timing for S3.
- Fixed system cannot resume from S3 by USB Keyboard/Mouse.

current 2009-02-25 version 1.3 if you gave me the right data about your MB

May be a mix of both

Hello to all - so far stable with 48 hours of operation since bios update. To answer one question, no there was no over clock. To answer another one, when I used live update from MSI, it didn't actually tell me what the revision of the bios was intended to fix, just that it was the latest version. I hope it is fixed, because that would be the cheapest possible outcome. :)

So I'm now going to declare this solved (x my fingers!) I ran 'Warhead" for about three hours straight last night and no crashes, and I let it run memtest all night and no crashes - so we seem to be crash free. :)

Yeah, fried my Neo Plat as well (model# 7030). Back in those days, they had a habit of keeping the same model# for completely different revisions, and the live update wasn't smart enough to discriminate between older and newer motherboards. That's how I ended up with a DFI Ultra-D and the rest is history..... :)
