EVGA 8800 GTS 640MB GPU
Buffalo Firestix 1024MB Ram
Silverstone 600w PSU
WD 250GB Sata2 HD
NEC 19" monitor
Vista 32 premium

Try removing a stick of ram before booting if that don't work, replace and remove the other.

Try another video card.

Try another psu.

If you don't want to boot into windows, boot to a memtest or linux cd.

Heh... it's getting a little bit dated, and was intended for bios recovery back in the days when very few motherboards had dual bios, but it covers most steps required for testing out hardware. :)
