You can turn it on...it sounds like the HD is running however no beeps and nothing on screen. Its been running smooth for over a year

Asus P5WD MB
Q6600 CPU
EVGA 8800 GTS 640MB GPU
Buffalo Firestix 1024MB Ram
Silverstone 600w PSU
WD 250GB Sata2 HD
NEC 19" monitor
Vista 32 premium

I may just be tired but am unable to figure it out lol

Try removing a stick of ram before booting if that don't work, replace and remove the other.

Try another video card.

Try another psu.

If you don't want to boot into windows, boot to a memtest or linux cd.

a nasty bootblock virus, dead cpu,psu (3.3v)

remove all HDD's other devices from MB but keep Keyboard and pull out power cord then push start button to empty caps then RESET CMOS then power up to see if have a boot screen

Heh... it's getting a little bit dated, and was intended for bios recovery back in the days when very few motherboards had dual bios, but it covers most steps required for testing out hardware. :)
