Unable to change Flat Panel Scaling on TV

Rabble rabble rabble. This is really getting annoying. So, I figured "Hey, let's play Starcraft again!", but of course things are never that easy. Basically the game gets a giant black border around it (which is nothing odd considering the resolution of the game), but, part of the game is actually cut off. I can see my curser go under the black border, and the only thing I've managed to dig up is that it's likely to be done by nVidia's Flat Panel Scaling.

Well, I can't select my TV, only my second monitor.

I'm running out of idea's
