Brother's comp

Well my brother's comp was working before and all he did was get a new case. He gets no post, no beeps and no display. All fans have power and the mother board lights all come on. It is the same mobo as in my second rig. I have told him to reset the CMOS and that doesn't help. Also I had him only try 1 stick of ram at a time in different slots and still nothing. All cables are plugged in.

I bet it is something obvious.

Pull the board out and check for misplaced standoffs.

What he said, make sure all standoffs are in place, and the ones that aren't being used aren't there. Then try it!
