Default Intermittent Video Distortion

I picked up a cheapy MSI mobo for my bench rig last month, it's a 945GCM478 ( It's a P4 board that has DDR2, onboard and PCIE graphics)
Here's my problem. I'm experiencing intermittent distorted graphics on my dell 1905fp.... It's a line about 1/2" -1" that moves from the top of the monitor to the bottom and takes about 2 seconds to make the trip. The image in this area moves slightly to one side as the band passes through it.
It does it using both the onboard graphics or an eVGA 7600gt pcie card.. The monitor works fine on other systems.
I use an IOMEGA KVM on this system and I've swapped the leads around with no change, systems on the other leg work as they should.
This system spends all it's time with the side case off, could this be a cooling issue or should I RMA the MOBO?

Have you tried using a straight cable instead of the KVM?

Sounds like a ground loop issue.

This setup didn't do it with the previous motherboard, I'm assuming a ground loop would be caused by two systems on the KVM or a ground loop between the monitor and the Motherboard?

I'm in the middle of a big job on this setup, as soon as I'm done I'll remove the KVM and run the one system by itself...
It's getting a PSU update today as well, mebbee that'll fix it..

I haven't seen the distortion since starting this thread, so I went ahead changed out the psu for a new corsair 400W. I've had a number of other systems hooked to the KVM since as well.
I guess I'll have to wait till it appears again.
