Default BSODed XP

So, I'm bummed.

Installed some mobo drivers from asus, had a kinda shakey install, (BSODed on reboot) but after logging in as the Admin i finished the install, and it ran perfectly fine (60 fps on Far Cry fine lol)

But when I shut it down for the night, it BSODed again. I booted into safe mode uninstalled the mobo drivers, but it still BSODs either during the xp loading screen or moments after it reaches the desk top.

Any Ideas? lol
