Here's a great little PSU- recommended by SKYMTL

Sparkle Power SPI ATX-400PN 400W ATX12V 20/24PIN Power Supply W/ 120MM Fan P4 AMD Ready OEM - DirectCanada

By cheap 2GB pc6400 ddr2 800- something like OCZ platinum- watch NCIX for sales tonight - might be some good deals on video cards and memory- they'll always price match DC too , if you'd rather order all in one spot.

Well with prices that low, the C2D is better value even at stock settings, but if you overlcock it, then the e4300 is way ahead- the AMDs don't overlclock as well.

If your just surfing theres no real reason to overclock a computer. The reason why people overclock a computer for is to usually squeeze a few extra fps out of their favorite game.

If this is just gonna be a web surfing machine of sorts then don't worry about overclocking.

I would overclock the CPU a little anyway- you'll notice a difference in day-to-day use, and those C2Ds are just screaming for it. Also the RAM I linked is rated faster (ddr2 800) and is $50 cheaper than that stuff.
