AMD + EVGA would be a guaranteed winner.

Guaranteed in terms of what...... a high profile AIB partner for AMD, or profit for EVGA?

Wouldn't it be worth the transition from green to red? I think so...

Well sure, most of us would like to have seen EVGA move on to make cards for either AMD, or Intel, or even both, but does anybody here KNOW that the profit margins they'd make doing that would be significantly more than with Nvidia? Maybe those profit margins MIGHT be higher, but they might not be high enough to bother making the switch.....

If the owner wanted to wind down it, why not capitalize on the brand name (at minimum) and either go public, or sell it privately and retire a really rich person?

Based on the fact he did neither, I can only assume the company has been barely afloat for quite some time, and we're just seeing the rot surface.

It would be very interesting to see the books on the company.
