Hi there, I just joined, too. I don't overclock but I do a ton of computer stuff keeping all our puters running smoothly. I'm in Dartmouth - I see here from Halifax - very cool

We have five computers in this house but nothing fantastic - four desktops, all P4s or equivalents and my dual core laptop.

My daughter is going to Acadia next year through ROTP and then will be learning to be a pilot in four years so you may see her around at times if you're in the forces. She's been in air cadets forever and is a flight sergeant. Has her glider wings, too.

I got my first AMD this year when I upgraded Mike's computer and it was impressive - very easy to do and it works like a charm - no problems. It's a Sempron. I still don't know AMD's terminology very well, though!!! LOL

The sempron was AMD's equivalent to the celeron, although it wasn't as frowned upon by enthusiasts as it would OC like mad. (I've never run one that wouldn't do at least 30% OC).
