So apparently I got temp banned for posting a picture of a rolling paper which as stated on the package

This product is absolutely only to be used with legal non-tobacco smoking herbs such as passion Flower or sage.

These are common found everywhere you go, across North America, in almost every gas station.
I got banned for posting a picture of something that is as legal and non offensive as a #2 pencil.

Normally we keep discussions of discipline issues as private between staff and the member, but since you chose to open it up I'll post my rebuttal publically before locking the thread.

In fact, the post you received this weekend's infraction for was the third backhand reference to pot you've made since we made it clear to you that such discussions are not acceptable ( http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/off-topic/38936-whats-your-latest-purchase-131.html#post670959 , http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/671367-post1310.html , and the one this weekend was deleted ). It might not seem like much to you, but it's juvenile (somewhat akin to a 6 year old doing the "I'm not touching you" schtick) and is not something staff feels like they should have to deal with. Rather than complaining about it, I'd personally be thanking my lucky stars that I wasn't already permanently banned for blatant disregard of posted forum rules on both discussion of drugs and trolling.

This policy has been in place for as long as we've had posted rules, and is not going to change so if you feel the need to continue on the same vein you'll find the mods (on this particular subject) not only have their trigger guards removed, but also have a writ giving them permission to do so.
