A friend of mine swears by DICE. Although I've never used it personally.
Dice.com - Job Search for Technology Professionals

Outside of that, if you're willing to relocate, check out the booming IT growth in southern Ontario. (Ottawa, Picton, Prince Edward County) There have been quite a few news stories on the explosion of IT startups in that region, and some are even dubbing it the 'New Silicon Valley'.

And, of course, the government has some really solid resources to assist in job searches in growing or demanding fields if they peak your interest. You can even get paid to train in a skilled trade because they're so high in demand.

Pfft. I want a job where I can put 30,000 rounds down range a year and A) get the ammo free (reloading is cheap...but it still adds up) AND b) get paid to do it....hell my dream job would also include free STI 1911 & 2011 frames to put all that lead down range. Anyone hiring?

ON topic. Its an interesting idea, and it could work on a limited scale. BUT idk how much work would come from it. HWC is growing but we are still kinda small.
