My System Specs

Default A alternative dark/dim themed skin

For the late night user it would be nice to have a dark skin available to cut down on eye strain.
(exhibit A: geekhack forums - Powered by vBulletin see how much nicer this site is than HWC when you're reading at night)

Maybe, make it pretty much the same but the background is black, the text is white/offwhite/grey, the headings are still red, etc. I think all we'd need is to change some hex codes and a few other things.

all in favor, say I!

You mean you DON'T want to have residual images of the site once you take your eyes off of it?

I love it when I'm fapping right after being on HWC. Close my eyes and I can still see that sexy beaver burned into my eyes.

I mean, what.

I'd never use a different theme though, I just have my monitor's brightness at 30% at all times so this really isn't that bright, even at night.

I'm down for more themes, customization is always nice. Possible for users to switch themes with vbulletin?

That geekhack page looks good. I'm all for a dark theme.

Maybe you guys should try this out: F.lux: software to make your life better

But yes, having additional themes to chose would be nice, but I imagine the CSS for vBulletin isn't exactly small by any means. Might require a fair amount of effort to edit.

Thanks for the suggestion JD. I've just installed it so we'll see how well it work.
