Have we got anywhere to talk/ask about these other then general OT?

Just read through someone's inquiry about DirectCanada's order processing times while waiting for items, few people chimed in with their experiences and even someone suggested a forum member to PM.

I had other questions for the same company, but was wondering what would be a good area to start a thread? For now maybe I'll just PM the same member that was suggested since its the same company.

Additionaly I thought it was interesting a couple items (maybe everything on their site) have a link that says "discuss in forums" and it links to the HWC forum frontpage. This been there long? and if they're trying to make HWC their official support forum shouldnt there be a section for that? just an observation.

Heh... we've been listed over there as a forum for tech support for quite some time.... ;)

As far as best place to put a question about it / them, I guess OT is probably still the best, I'm not sure we get enough traffic of that sort to warrant a dedicated thread. IIRC, the idea was to provide technical answers rather than us ever having been any kind of customer support, but the DC_Support member has been very helpful in the past.
