New Implementations

It seems a lot of people sometimes don't seem to know when new changes have moved from suggestions to implementations. Which got me thinking if we could have a sticky somewhere relatively easy to find (one of the sections) that would just list new implementations or changes that we done so we don't get the same sort of threads cropping up at different times or in different sections.
