Hi I have a mobo purchased from directCanada about 6 weeks ago ,is it possible to RMA the board and if so where do I do that ?

Contact username DC_Support from this site via PM. He's our local Direct Canada customer support rep and has been really good about getting things done for our members. At the very least he should be able to point you in the right direction. (Not sure if an RMA over 1 month would be done through them or through the manufacturer)

Keep in mind that it's the weekend though, so you might not get a response until next week.

I believe DC's return policy on defective items is either 14 or 30 days......what brand of Board?
