Hardware Canucks -- A year in review?

Just wondering, will you guys be doing an end-of-year recap of products and events? Awarding "best of" prizes to various products, perhaps your top vaporware list, etc.

As it stands now, all you have on the home page is reviews. While I loves me some reviewin', it'd be nice to see some miscellaneous articles about technology in general. Well, with a Canadian perspective on things of course.

I think that would be pretty cool, buts its likely with the release of the Core i7 its keeping the crew here at HWC extremely busy.

There are far too many things keeping us busy as of late. That is one of the main reasons I want to bring on more reviewers: to free up some of the senior staff's time to work on articles of interest like an end of the year roundup.

Hell, I'd be interested in putting in some time for articles. A good reviewer is not necessarily good at writing general articles, so maybe you guys could consider a writing contest as well, in addition to the one currently going on for reviews.

With so much great technology released this past year it is hard to ignore. I am sure the team will come up with a few intriguing ideas as we move into the holidays and the end of the year.

That said, there is still so much to do before then, as manufacturer's gear up for product debut's before the Christmas seasons.
