Case badge is a good idea. T-Shirts etc.. would be cool too. Very easy to setup a Cafepress site. Just upload the artwork and voila. The quality is actually quite good as I have a cafepress shop. I sell enough merch to get a check each pay term and I also buy my own stuff so I would know. :)

Really? I ordered about 20 t-shirts for a 4x4 club I was in a few years ago and the quality was garbage, the ink was faded on the shirts and not vibrant at all, they messed up 4 of the shirts with wrong colours and the shirt quality (which I know they don't have control over) was not that great, within a 3 weeks that shirts were letting go at the seems.

I am serious, the quality is very good. I have black and other dark coloured shirts that are over 1 year old, closer to two, and still look good. Sublimated colours will never be as vibrant as screened colours, but if the designer knows what they are doing (like me) colours actually turn out quite good. The problem is if you order the cheapest white T you get the cheapest white T.

Edit: I have never had a problem with qualit and I don't think any of my products have ever been returned, but I'd have to double check that as I just collect checks and don't really check over my stats very closely.

Edit 2: OK I just checked, I had one return in the last three months out of about 60 transactions. Not a bad stat if you ask me. Sadly it doesn't give a reason why it just says "Commission Returned".

Heh heh. I don't want to crash anyone's party. If it's open for submissions I might. But really I am just saying a cafepress store is a decent and cheap solution.

I think the T-Shirts would be great to in addition to the Case badge, stickers..etc. Maybe there could be a bundle..for small fee. -Premium membership or something of that nature.
I am just throwing out ideas...
