cool thanks man I'll look into cloud storage as well then... I could easily setup the file server to sync. I fear the conversation of why everything is gone due to my incompetence or the shoulda coulda woulda debate. ;-)

Cloud is a viable solution, especially with the mobile access possibilities (read tablets and phones).
