Default USB multi boot

Ok , I've gone thru all our posts about 'bootable' usb sticks.Did not find.

I'm trying to set up a usb stick with a custom / multi os boot.

With splash screens even !!

Advice ?

Supermicro X11DPi-NT:2x Xeon Gold 6144's:Lots more other stuff.Dual 4k monitor video .

Also there are a few different utilities mentioned on this page for multiboot USB. Boot and run Linux from a USB flash memory stick | USB Pen Drive Linux
