Default Raid card

Hi guys,

Looping for a RAID card that's around 200$ with RAID 5 support. I found a ServeRaid M5014 on eBay for that price. Is it worth the price?

yup, PERC 5i adapter is a gooder. The one you found on eBay is comparable, be sure to check if the IBM raid card will work in non IBM systems :P

The M5014 will be like 4-5x faster than the PERC5i. PERC5i is really old. The M5014 will be the best card you can get for that price.
