Mukii Warranty Help
Seems like I'm royally screwed at this point, but maybe somebody here can help. I purchased a 3.5" Mukii USB2.0 enclosure for my grandfather which needs RMAing. The first one died within the store return policy, and the new one is doing the same thing after two months. The USB2.0 chip seems to die and then the enclosure either refuses to connect or connects under USB1.1.
The issue I'm having is that the Mukii website seems to no longer exist as it's been down for over a month. (www.mukiiusa.com) They have a .tw site but it's just a single picture that I can't read. I'm at a loss of what to do to RMA this enclosure. Does anybody have contact info for Mukii? Phone, email, anything?
