The drive is 4K aligned...AS-SSD shows that via its green numbers.

Personally....I would backup my data sani-erase the drive and test it on a DIFFERENT rig as a D drive. See what the numbers come back. If they are good. Bonus. If not leave it for a day plugged in. Then do another sani-erase (you might have hit your daily limit for writes and then the SF2281 started throttling). See if its good now. IF it is....bonus. If not, time to talk to Corsair about a RMA.

IF it does come back good. Reinstall in the first rig as D drive. Update to the latest Intel RST drivers. Run ONE test (say CDM). If its good...bonus. Reinstall the os on it and go about your life. If its not good. Try a known good SATA cable. Redo the test. if still crap...try a dif port. IF its still not good. Something at the mobo controller level is causing issues. Check for latest bios driver update. If none exist...your screwed.

Best guess its either a driver issue, a bad cable...or ONFi 1 NAND strikes again and its a drive on its way out.

First thing the corsair reps are going to do is make you do an ATTO test. run it and lets see what the power curves look like. :)

Did you do a sanitary erase?
