Default Harddrive Rubber Enclousre

Hey all. I want to mount my HHD in my 5.25 inch drive bay area, but I don't have any converter rails or hot swap bays.

Would I have to worry about heat and viberation if I put my Harddrive in one of these rubber enclousers and just set it on the bottom of the 5.25in drive bay area?

Looks like the HDD will overheat being in case in rubber like that, or at least that's my opinion of it.
