Default Samsung 830 Raid 0 OR Intel 520 Raid 0

Wondering how much of a performance different between a Samsung 830 and a Intel 520 in RAID 0.

Thanks

Kingston has the closest FW to Intel 520 and based on this, go look at RAID 0 of SSDs: Two Kingston HyperX 120 GB SSDs vs. Kingston HyperX 240 GB SSD - X-bit labs
Samsung 830 was built for consumer client workloads, not something I would RAID.
Either way, RAIDing SSDs is not really worth the increased read performance with a loser onboard SATA RAID controller, you're better off buying a dedicated HBA from LSI or ADAPTEC. LSI 9265-8i baby! it's the bomb!
