Default Kudos to Corsair

Well I have to say I'm really happy with my recent RMA to Corsair. After a pain free RMA process on an older 120gb Force sata2 (sure they asked me to try a few things but nothing unreasonable), I just got an email saying they have shipped a drive back to me. All I found was a model number and of course I had to look it up. Low and behold they have been generous enough to send me a 120gb Force GT (sata3 of course). Frankly I would have been more than happy with their basic Force 3 model but they went the extra mile.

It's actions like this that make long term customers. It also leaves me with more confidence as I have an 800D and a H70.

Your experience is encouragement to lean toward Corsair purchases in the future.

Corsair. Own their vengeance ram & 1500 headset, no problems whatsoever, very happy with them.

Planning to buy a 400R after my exams when I get a part-time job and a H100 in the future. Not sure could they do a free shipping to Singapore(things over here are so overpriced!) if I add in a PS. Still I wont buy their SSD.

I would also vouch that I had good experience with Corsair and there RMA process. Fill it out and if nothings wrong, the RMA gets approved fairly quickly and then they send out your product.

I also have a Corsair Force Series GT and I , cross my fingers, don't have any problems with the SSD. It did have a blue screen once or two but it could have been a driver conflict issue. I used it for games for lengthy periods of time and had no issues with it. This particular SSD had a bad reputation with the Sandforce controller, but they might have gotten it fixed? It's fast as hell though, say compared to the Crucial M4, as the other poster said.

I have a few Corsair products and have liked almost everyone of them: Corsair 500R, H100, Flash memory, desktop memory, Force Series GT SSD, Vengeance 1500.

I have been a Corsair fan ever since i bought some of their XMS 2 ddr2 ram. It arrived with one stick faulty, and without question they cross shipped me a new kit. Since then i've bought a ton of Corsair products and always recommend them to people. Currently i have an AX850, 8gb Dominator ram, K90 keyboard, HS1 headset, H100 cooler and 600t case and haven't had any problems with any of them.

I've read on a thread somewhere else where someone had the closed pre-built WC unit from corsair that leaked all over their machine. They sent pictures in, told them what got fried (most of the system) and Corsair replaced all of the effected components from their defective water cooler.

That's very impressive. Sure it may cost Corsair in the short term to do this kind of thing but it the long run it's a brilliant strategy.

That's what I call responsibility and excellent customer service if Corsair did in fact cover for the other computer parts that were damaged by their defective Corsair watercooler. I was always concerned about the "water cooling" setup and what happend if it leaked and damaged my expensive video card or any of the other components. I read some horror stories where other companies that had defective water coolers obviously did not want to cover any other damaged computer components.
