ADATA class 6 vs PATRIOT class 10

Hey guys, I need help deciding which card I should get between the Adata 16GB Class 6
ADATA 16GB SDHC Secure Digital High Capacity Class 6 Flash Card - AData Technology - ASDH16GCL6-R

Or Patriot signature LX 16GB Class 10
Patriot Signature LX Series 16GB SDHC Flash Memory Card Class 10 - Patriot - PSF16GSDHC10

They are both 10$. I need it for 720p camera, and potentially 1080p as well.

Both don't seem too have a great majority of high reviews on sites like amazon and newegg.

Cheers

Class 10 all the way. Especially if they are the same price. I have a 32GB Patriot LX that I've had no problems with.

So I bough the Patriot LX Class 10 and I am not sure if this is normal.

I copied some music files to the SD in windows and the transfer rate was between 6-8mb/s. Hmm... Then I took my 7 year old, 512mb Kinston card (I don't think there were "class"-es type back then) and to my surprise the write speed are pretty much the same, sometimes even faster.

Is this normal? Am I testing this wrong?
