Default Intel Cherryville SSD's starting to show up!
Intel Cherryville SSD drives are starting to show up on Canadian retailer websites.
A user on XS already has one and has already run some benchmarks and disassembled the drive showing a Sandforce controller:

Quick pricing from what I can find so far:
60GB $142
120GB $238-250
180GB $372-$400
240GB $540-560
480GB $1050+

PN is SSDSC2CW###A???
Where ### is capacity, and ??? is some combination of letter and numbers, not sure what it means exactly.

Meh. Doesn't look like anything special over what's already available on the market, except its got magic Intel firmware powering the SF chip.

I'll wait for gen 3 Sandforce chipsets. Now that I've upgraded to 1155 and have SATA6, it gives me something to look forward to!
